The On-Site Manager (OSM) serves as the lead event coordinator on the ground, ensuring smooth execution of all event logistics. Responsibilities include conducting a formal walkthrough with the client, overseeing guest check-in, managing payment processing, and guiding volunteers through the event platform. The OSM also coordinates with the Emcee/Auctioneer, facilitates bidding and troubleshooting, adjusts auction listings, manages raffle and donation tracking, and handles live auction data entry. They oversee all On-Site Support Staff and are responsible for timely communications and seamless event operations from start to finish.
